14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations.

14.2 Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within sixty (60) days, either party may initiate binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Czech Arbitration Court. The arbitration shall be conducted in Prague, Czech Republic, in the English or Czech language.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Digital Innovation Hub concerning the Services.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
